2. Introduction of technology/product

Our advanced hybrid grate technology system was designed by Hendrik Seghers and his team based on more than 40 years of experience. This technology is highly adaptive and performs well under various conditions. It is especially suitable for processing high calorific waste.​

The hybrid grate technology adopts the mixed cooling technology of liquid cooling and air cooling, which improves the efficiency of the incinerator and reduces the operating cost. The efficient cooling technology guarantees a long service life of the incinerator and avoids complex structures. The hybrid grate system alternates between a fixed and sliding grate. The fixed grate uses liquid cooling, whilst the sliding grate operates on air cooling. It uses air to cool as well as distribute the garbage evenly across the grates when it drops. These sliding air-cooled grate bars are protected by the water-cooled grates above and below. The theoretical calorific value of the treated object ranges from

4186 KJ/kg to 29,308 KJ/kg.

3. Technical/Product Features

(1) Long service life

The hybrid cooling method improves the heat resistance of the grate and ensures a long service life.

(2) High adaptability

The grate technology remains very stable in harsh environments or unstable factors. The system is resistant against any heat changes, shifts in garbage amount or friction due to its high adaptability. The hybrid cooling ensures the incineration of high calorific waste, whilst its flexibility makes it possible to burn low calorific waste with only air cooling.

(3) cost

Due to its high efficiency, few different types of grates are needed, which means there is no need for costly spare parts or expensive combinations.
