Mr. Tu Zimin, Belgian, founder of the company, born in 1960. Tu Zimin was part of one of the first groups of students sent abroad to study after China’s reform. After successfully completing his studies at the KU Leuven University, he worked for several multinational companies. He has repeatedly developed products in the field of chemical building materials and machinery in Europa. Many of them turned into well-known brand products and now take in leading positions among similar products in China. In the year 2000, he was appointed by Mr. Seghers as the first executive director and general manager of the Seghers Group Corporation in China and he became responsible for the company’s establishment in China, daily management and business development. He contributed greatly to the establishment and application of Seghers environmental protection technology in China. In order to expand and promote Seghers’ technology into China even more, Hendrik Seghers and Zimin Tu established SHAT company. Through Zimin Tu’s efforts, the authorization transfer of the Seghers waste-to-energy technology,  sludge drying and granulation technology and Seghers traditional grate technology was made to Shanghai Electric Group. In 2006, the SHAT rotary atomizer was established and since successfully incorporated and promoted in the Chinese market, becoming one of the most successful core equipment for flue gas treatment in China’s waste incineration industry.
